Reimagining family travel.

Slow travel, wider horizons: a new way to explore as a family, where everyone thrives.

Small groups of 10 to 20 families per trip

The summer squeeze

Six weeks of school holidays.

Zero weeks of extra leave.

Every summer, working parents are asked to choose between ambition and presence: patchwork camps, calls from the car, a holiday that's over too soon. We think it's an outdated trade-off.

Can't we have both?

One trip. Everyone thrives.

Kids have the time of their lives. Parents find their balance, with the freedom to work, explore, or both.

New friends, new places, a bigger world

Hand-picked local camps with friendly camp leaders: outdoor games, sport, creative days and adventures, in small groups by age. Older kids can join Inspire Sessions behind the scenes of real workplaces. A bonus, never the point.

What exactly is Kinspire?

A new way to travel as a family: a lovely home, hand-picked camps for the kids and a dedicated workspace for parents, all organised for you, alongside a small community of like-minded families.

Who is Kinspire for?

Working parents, whether founders, remote employees or professionals, who want to keep working productively over the summer while spending real, quality time with their children, alongside a like-minded community of families.

How is this different from a normal family holiday or summer camp?

It brings everything together in one place, fully organised for you: lovely accommodation, a dedicated workspace with big screens and fast internet, thoughtful local camps that are outdoors and rooted in play, and a group of great families to share the summer with. You also get local know-how and cultural experiences, so every family gets the most from the destination.

What kind of camps are on offer?

We partner with vetted local camps rather than running our own, and each one is a real specialist. There are usually 2 to 3 options per age group, so you can match your child's interests, from sport, nature and arts to STEM, watersports and coding.

What are Inspire Sessions?

Inspire Sessions are for older kids and run alongside camp and work hours. Through work-shadowing, show-and-tells and talks led by parents in the group, kids explore different industries, professions and ideas, not just their own parents' work. It's a gentle, low-pressure way to spark curiosity that lasts long after the trip.

Do I have to work while I'm there?

No. Your time is your call. Spend focused days in the workspace, take a day off to explore with the family, or mix the two.

Do I have to take part in everything?

No. A few core moments bring the whole group together. Everything else is opt-in, on your terms: the whole group, small circles, or just your family.

How many families join each trip?

Groups are kept deliberately small, 10 to 20 families per trip, so the community feels personal.

Can my company book for our team?

Yes. A team trip solves school-holiday childcare for everyone at once and keeps people productive. Join the waitlist as a company or team and we'll get in touch to plan it with you.

How do I join?

Kinspire is invite only. Join the Founding Families waitlist and we'll be in touch with next steps.

Make it the trip they talk about for years.

The Founding Families waitlist is open. Places are limited to 10 to 20 families per trip, and joining takes under a minute.
